Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Sui
This arc was rereleased in Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Sui on March 12, 2015 for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Hou
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Hou included this arc and was released on July 26, 2018 for the Nintendo Switch and January 24, 2019 for the PlayStation 4.
- The characters given for Tsukiotoshi (憑落し) can mean "exorcism" with tsuki (憑, possession by some entity) and otoshi (落し, cleansing).
However, this is a wordplay, since Tsukiotoshi is generally written as (突き落とし, to push off someone from a height).
- Tsukiotoshi also refers to a winning move in sumo wrestling in which the attacker drives his opponent down using a thrusting movement on his rib cage or shoulder.
