Tetsurou Okonogi is the chief of the Okonogi Gardeners, a landscaping company that frequently does odd jobs for the Hinamizawa Branch School. He is shown to be a friendly old man with a thick Hinamizawan accent and is often seen talking with Rumiko Chie.
