Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Mei[]
Kitajima is introduced in the fourth TIP in Heisei Chapter 2. Natsumi Toudou informs him about how Miyuki, Nao, and Chisame have been given the "N vaccine" for the sleeping sickness and have been discharged as planned, among other things.
