Koppa Maichiru Sono Koro ni was first announced on December 21, 2024 in a retrospective video of 2024 for 07th Expansion by Nanakaku Beako[1]. A first illustration was also shown[2], revealing that the male character is named Kei Maebara (前原 圭).
Synopsis[]
Kei Maebara gets a job! This is a strange civil servant world described by Higurashi When They Cry's Ryukishi07! Heii 13. In Tokyo's Rinkai Ward, the police force has been weakened by a prolonged recession. Public safety has dramatically worsened alongside wild youths forming gangs... Amidst all this, Kei Maebara has been assigned to work at the ward office. Will he be able to become a respectable public servant?
