Kasumi Hotoda (保土田 かすみ Hotoda Kasumi) is a character that appears exclusively in Hinamizawa Bus Stop.

In the PC version of Hou, Kasumi's sprites are Rumiko Chie's sprites colored blue. In Console, she more resembles Rena Ryuugu.
