Irotoutoshi-hen Chapter 15 (第15話 Dai Jyuu-go Wa) is the fifteenth chapter of Irotoutoshi-hen.
Summary[]
On Sunday, June 23rd, Hinamizawa residents and Polaris members begin attending their respective festivals. Keiichi and Mion drive, surprised at how many cars are coming to the village and at how it's become a tourist destination in the years since Keiichi moved. They're both determined to protect Hinamizawa's image, and so are going to mend ties between the Sonozaki Family and Sonozaki Group with a letter to the Group's second-generation leader to cut off Marutake's hiding places. They arrive to the Sonozaki Group's main office, Sonozaki Enterprise, and are met by thugs as well as the leader Mifune. Mion hands Mifune the letter of apology but he smacks it out of her hands, and insults Keiichi when he tries to intervene. Mifune tells his men to leave, as the problem lies between him and Mion.
After the thugs leave, Mion explains that after her father, the previous Sonozaki Group leader passed away, there was a squabble leading to Mifune being selected to take his place. However, Mion and Shion challenged Mifune to a club game and beat him, and forced him to walk around town in an Angel Mort outfit as a punishment game. Mifune still held a grudge because of the embarrassment he felt then. Keiichi is shocked that that's the source of the strife between the Sonozakis as Mifune and Mion argue. Mifune demands to have a rematch and agrees to mend relations regardless of the outcome. Mifune and Mion proceed to play several games but Mifune loses all of them, much to his frustration.
Mifune is unwilling to give up completely, prompting Keiichi to step in. He sympathizes with Mifune over the embarrassment he felt from the punishment game, and gets him to think that maybe he enjoyed wearing the Angel Mort outfit. There are many examples across history of men becoming girls, and so Keiichi tells Mifune that if he accepts his weakness and secret desires, he'll begin a new life. Mifune imagines himself in various girl outfits and forms and breaks down crying in happiness, recognizing Keiichi as a brother. Keiichi says to just call him "K" as Mion thinks bringing him along was a great idea.
Meanwhile, Inori's father and his lackeys are driving in Hinamizawa and annoying the locals with loudly-blaring music. They ask someone for directions to the Polaris settlement, and head off to take back Inori and her mother. Inori and Kururu meanwhile take part in the Polaris Festival.
