Higurashi Mei is a gacha game, where players spend in-game currency to roll for character units with various outfits and arrange them into a party. Battles are automatic, requiring players to have a strong enough party to defeat each enemy before time runs out. Over time, a gauge for each unit fills that can be used to unleash a special attack.
