Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Matsuri Official Complete Guide (ひぐらしのなく頃に祭公式コンペリートガイド When the Cicadas Cry Festival Official Complete Guide) is a supplementary guidebook published by Kadokawa for Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Matsuri, the PS2 port of Higurashi When They Cry.

The book is divided into a "prologue" and three major sections. The prologue contains a gallery compiling promotional artwork for the Matsuri game.
Section 1: Michisarashi (道曝し Path Exposing) contains an in-depth walkthrough and story guide for every arc in the game, including when each TIP unlocks and character relationships charts. There is also a section showing every CG and concept art sketches for some of them.
Section 2: Sanotoshi (産落し Asset Losing) contains Higurashi Until They Cry, a compilation of columns Ryukishi07 wrote for Comptiq Magazine about Higurashi's development, and interviews with Ryukishi07, Kiichi Kanou and rato concerning the development of the Matsuri game.
Section 3: Yumesamashi (夢醒し Dream Awaking) contains an in-depth character relationship chart, a gallery of every characters' costume and pose sprites, a gallery of every location's background as well as special backgrounds, an overview of terminology seen throughout the series including Oyashiro-sama's curse and timelines for each story arc.
Also included in section 3 is a dictionary of various terms used throughout the series, and a short story Nashikuzushi written by Kiichi Kanou.
