Banquet of the Golden Witch Vol. 1 is the first volume of Kei Natsumi's manga adaptation of Banquet of the Golden Witch and the tenth overall volume of the manga adaptation of Umineko When They Cry. The volume was released in English by Yen Press as an omnibus with Volume 2 and part of Volume 3.

We stand at the beginning of Epsiode 3 of Umineko When They Cry—"Banquet of the Golden Witch." In this episode, Battler finally regains his wits after being strung around Beatrice's finger for two episodes, and he fights back.
What use is logic against a witch who can create any sealed-room murder with the twitch of a finger? No doubt both you and Battler feel the same way right about now. Well, Episode 3 is crammed full of helpful hints to teach you how to fight. I hope you will join Battler in utilizing these hints to strike back at the witch.
In a sense, Episode 3 of Umineko When They Cry might be considered the true beginning of our story, because both sides are finally on equal footing.

It's been ages since last we met. I'm Kei Natsumi. Did you enjoy the opening to the third game of the series? Episode 3 is chock-full of hints and information, so I'm hoping to cram as much of that as possible into the manga edition. This episode features many people who died right off the bat in Episode 1, so it's been a great joy for me to draw it.
