Story[]
A cultural festival is being held at St. Lucia. The president suddenly appears before Rika with a proposal: Resurrect the "Hina☆Mix"! The president reveals that most projects in St. Lucia are very similar and limited. Ghost houses, cafes, classic theater plays like "Urashima Taro"; even though it was supposed to be a student project, the staff intervened so only "clean" projects could actually go forward. She wanted to make something with impact that would destroy the academy's image.
Rika initially rejects the proposal, but the president then talks about asking Satoko first. Rika says that Satoko would reject it too, but the president isn't so sure. She also reveals another side of this idea for Rika: these projects count as part of her grade. Although Satoko has been recovering, a big success here would be a great boost to her. The student council plays the role of judge, and one with high weight. So, if she accepts this proposal, it's almost guaranteed they will get a high prize, or even the top prize.
Satoko accepts the proposal, although she's confused about how the president even knew about their audition. Rika has no idea either. Satoko says that she likes the president, but at the same time it feels like she's the type of person who might just appear in front of her years later giving her some kind of assignment and send her to another country. Rika shivers, as she has the same impression of her. Still, it's clear Satoko was happy and excited by the student council's proposal, and so Rika decides to go along with it. Although Satoko says that even though Rika doesn't like the president, she still follows her suggestions, so she doesn't seem to dislike her ideas themselves.
Rika and Satoko stand with their idol outfits in front of a large stage. It was hard to believe they had set up all that in St. Lucia. Satoko wonders about some shining batons, but according to the president they were used by the crowds in shows like this, although she seemed confused by the idea. Then the night came, with the crowd of students and teachers cheering. Rika barely could believe that was the same St. Lucia she knew from her daily life. Or at least, that was the image the president wanted to create for the festival. Still, Rika and Satoko agree to give it their all to beat the president's expectations.
